These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — you'll be refunded in full.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Other currencies are shown as a guide. We accept Cash on Delivery and orders confirmed via WhatsApp.
4. Promo codes
Codes are subject to their own conditions (minimum spend, expiry, usage limits), cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code may be used per order.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping policy.
6. Returns
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. See our Returns policy.
7. Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or caused by events outside our control.
